*Please be advised that there is a 7.5% transaction fee in order to use this service. Please add the fee amount to the rent amount herein. If the fee amount is not added/ paid at the time of payment service, than the fee, plus an additional $50 fee shall be incurred, and due upon the next billing cycle.
